Facilities

The Department of Dance has four dance studios, a media/technology suite, a library and conference room for classes and special activities. Each studio has a piano; each teaching facility has a complete sound system. The media suite has dedicated computer workstations for video, audio and publicity. In addition to serving as classrooms and rehearsal spaces, the studios in Gerlinger Annex convert into the M. Frances Dougherty Dance Theatre (DDT), which has a new lighting system and stage equipment for concert productions. DDT seats 250 people.
